FRACTURE SPACE

Fracture Space is a software instrument that allows large numbers of sounds to be organized as a sound particle system in a 3D audio environment.

In the Fracture Space synthesis process, a particle generator determines the individual position and direction of movement of each individual particle.

Each particle is assigned an audio sample from a list and its sound properties are modulated. The acoustics of the environment are then calculated and recorded from a virtual listening position. All parameters of the scene can be changed in real-time. This makes Fracture Space a powerful and effective sound design tool, as well as a unique and futuristic musical instrument.
